Question For AutoBrag: Do You Know What Is The Problem With My 1991 VW Jetta?
Question From Ann: I am driving a 91 Jetta that recently had the motor and transmission from a 90 Golf switched into it.Lately, the wipers haven’t been coming on. The fuse is O.K. I have also noticed that the rear defroster, and the heater motor
are also not functioning. Are these related? Could it be a wire or a relay?

Do you know if all the problems started right after you replaced the engine and transmission? They might not plugged back in or cut some wires for the wipers and rear defroster. You need to take the car to a electrician and have them test the connectors and wires to find where is the problem coming from. Let us know if you have any other question.
