How Much Should I Pay: 2008 Honda Civic

Question From David:  I’m looking for a 2008 Honda Civic LX AUTO, basic options, white (SF Bay Area). I’m hoping to pay less than $19,000 out the door. Plus the 2.9% financing deal! I’m trying to buy the car within this week and I’m getting deals for over $17,200 plus tax and DMV fees.
