How Much Should I Pay: 2008 Honda Civic

Question From Aztony: How much for a 2008 honda civic EX Coupe. I think the dealers in my area are playing a joke on me. I got some online quotes from a few of them and at least two of them are under what your website says I should pay for it. It’s only $50 lower but I feel like, umm, ok, what do you want, my first born, an arm,…? I guess it’s because I’m not used to not having to haggle the price down. Should I take their first offer or try and go lower? The quotes I have received are: 2@ 19,269, 1@ 19,299.
MuscleCarGuy: Hi Aztony, Welcome to AutoBragBlog, where we do all the car price researching for you. Those quotes that you got are from the internet department? They usually are No-Haggle and offer the best price they could sell the car. You probably won’t be able to get those prices if you just walk in to the dealership.

How do you apply these prices?
Print out all the blue links and take them to your local Honda dealerships. But before you go, we highly recommend you call and make an appointment to see the Internet Sales/Fleet Manager because he/she should know exactly what you’re talking about. Avoid the floor salesmen, head straight to the Internet Sales Manager.
If they don’t believe your prices, ask to use one of their computers so they can see where these figures came from. It’ll be impossible for them to doubt you because you’re pulling up a Honda dealership’s website and checking their inventory. Remember, cars are a commodity so these prices apply everywhere in the U.S. This car in Florida should cost the same in California. The taxes vary by state.

Yes, the prices are from the fleet dept/internet manager.
The MSRP prices you quoted must be for a different trim. The MSRP for the EX coupe is 20,180 according to KBB. When you click on the eprice link, it takes you to the EX model.

Hi Aztony,
We apologize for the mistake. We already fixed the problem. The price you got is good and they probably won’t be able to Haggle anymore for you. Let us know if you have any other question.
