How Much Should I Pay: 2008 Toyota Sequoia

Question From Jon: Hello, I am looking to buy a used 2008 Sequoia Limited which got Navigation, 2nd row seats(bucket type)and 3rd row seating. This is from a Private Party in Florida and he is asking $35,000. Please let me know whether this is a good buy or not. Also, one more question. As per Carfax, there is a associated lien on this vehicle. What steps I need to take to buy a vehicle which is on lien.
MuscleCarGuy: Hi Jon. Welcome to AutoBragBlog, where we do all the car price researching for you.
For a 2008 Toyota Sequoia Limited with 14,516 miles (Average), prices range from $31,400 (being in above average condition) to $30,700 (being in average condition) and $29,900 (being in below average condition). Keep in mind that the numbers above are the wholesale prices. A dealership will usually aim to sell it for +12%-14% more than wholesale, so their estimated retail prices could range from $33,500 to $35,800. Private seller should range around +5%-10% above wholesale prices.
What is the mileage on the Sequoia? The lienholder on the vehicle is the company that is financing the Sequoia. The owner will have to pay off the car before the lienholder releases the title. Good luck and keep us posted on how the purchase goes! Don’t forget to tell your friends and family about our free personal service.
