One dealer lists an msrp of $25,399 with an offer price of $22,692. The msrp includes the $700 freight/delivery price. The $22,692 offer price should include the freight/delivery fee, too, right?

I know you told me that wholesale for this car is around 21000 but with 6000 miles. This has double the miles. If the offer gets rejected, what do you think would be my ceiling on this car? The carfax tells me that the glove box has already been replaced. Should that tell me something about the workmanship on this car?
