How Much Should I Sell For: 1995 Acura Integra

January 29th, 2008

Question: Thanks for the service you are providing:

How much should I expect to get by selling in the classifides:

1995
Acura
Integra
RS Sedan
170K miles
Average condition

And, What would be a great price for replacing it with (from classifides):

2005
Chevy
Malibu
LS Sedan
50K miles

Also, what would be your suggestion for a newer model (03-05) sedan in the $6K-$8K range?

MuscleCarGuy: For a 1995 Acura Integra Sedan RS with 170,000 miles, prices range from $1,575 (being in above average condition) to $350 (being in average condition). Keep in mind that the numbers above are the wholesale prices. That what you should expect to get if you trade in your car.

For a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu V6 Sedan LS with 50,000 miles, prices range from $8,425 (being in above average condition) to $7,300 (being in average condition) and $6,150 (being in below average condition).

For the suggestion, I would stay with the Japanese cars, they are usually more reliable. However, the Malibu gives you a lot for your money.

For a 2003 Honda Civic LS Sedan with 60,000 miles, prices range from $8,450 (being in above average condition) to $7,075 (being in average condition) and $5,675 (being in below average condition).

Here is the crash test result for 2005 Chevrolet Malibu.

If you end up getting the 2005 Chevrolet Malibu, make sure to get the one that has Side Air Bag. The crash test for the Malibu without Side Air Bags has a safety concern on the side impact test. Good Luck!!!
